Featured routes are often given as pdf files to be downloaded and viewed separately, and finally printed. the development of flash and the forthcoming SVG format allow vector information to be delivered directly into browsers without great bandwidth problems. Here is a good all year route starting in Ruthin, Denbighshire. There are 3 good car parks, the one at the bottom of Clwyd Street has toilets suitable for changing and a choice of cycling friendly cafes at the finish. Bike servicing weekdays and saturdays at Cellar Cycles, Well Street. The route features climbs descents, and loads of...........slime - get surfing. |

A quick ride 3 - 4 hours from Betws y Coed, Conwy. Featuring challenging climbs and off road sections, some road work which is on fairly quiet routes. Betws y Coed not only has ample car parking it is one of the UK's leading shopping centre for Outdoor Pursuits Equipment, bike servicing at Beics Betws to the rear of Tan Lan. It also has a Station which provides an alternative to non car users. Train routes are via Llandudno Junction Station on the North Wales line |

Starting from the Village of Llandrillo south of Corwen, quickly joining a long off-road climb up onto the ridge of the Berwyn Mountains, don't forget to place your name in the Log book placed at the memorial stone of ' The Wayfarer' descend to Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog then passing through the Ceiriog Valley before returning over the high Bwlch Maen Gwynedd pass to descend back to Llandrillo.
